4. Product Information & Pricing

BelleNeve strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing for all items, including T-Shirts & Tops, Pants, and Skirts. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and exclude shipping costs, taxes, and duties unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. BelleNeve reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the methods specified on the Site. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

BelleNeve will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Refund Policy

BelleNeve offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include final sale items, intimate apparel, and accessories. BelleNeve reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BelleNeve, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
